Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 6 each quail breast patted dry
  • 6 slices maple flavoured bacon
  • 2 T unsalted butter melted
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch rosemary

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425C
  2. Pat the quail breast dry
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast and secure with toothpicks
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes
